Roblox 4 Tier Mini Balloon Tower

Create a cool 4 tier Roblox balloon tower, without the need for helium. Not only will it look great but it's great value too. Available as a DIY kit and is very easy to assemble. DIY KIT CONTAINS 
1 x 18" double sided foil balloon & inflation straw
16 x 5” latex balloons, colours as image +2 spares
1 x 5" black latex balloon to be used as a water weight
1 x roll of curling ribbon & modelling balloon to secure tower
Tower stands approx. 70cm
