Please note: The below instructions are generic, the principles of building all balloon towers are the same, simply create a quad of balloons and then fix together.
The only differerence when building a Creeper tower is to make sure that the the Creepers feet (the base quad of balloons) are inflated
bigger than the body (as shown in the photos)
